While the production team is busy hand sorting pinot noir, and workingthrough the fermentation process, the intoxicating aromas offermentations in the winery evokes a warm feeling about our wines andthe process. As we are a few days away from the Fall 2009 SingleVineyard release, we conducted our annual tasting of the 2007 SingleVineyard wines with our harvest interns and full time staff. Thequestion came up about when to drink our wines, especially the SingleVineyards. And this is a very subjective question.

Harvest is in full swing. With the hustle and bustle of winemaking activities, we are in the harvest groove. My schedule is always jam-packed and this year is no exception. While my blogging hours are extremely slim this harvest, Michael is all over it.
