Another inaugural single vineyard wine, the Rosella's Vineyard offers the best of the Santa Lucia Highlands. Consisting of Pisoni clone and 828, the 2005 blend represents the ideal farming practices of Gary Franscioni. Santa Lucia Highlands has proven to be a world-class appellation, and we are proud to offer the leading vineyards of Rosella's and Garys'.

Aromatics:

Fragrant cherry and vanilla with hints of baking spice and cinnamon.

On the palate:

Lively and fresh, the Rosella's shows bright red cherry and nuances of red licorice. Creamy vanilla and plum round out the mid-palate, supported by elegant, subtle tannins. Hints of cranberry offer bright acidity and a lingering finish.
