On The Palate

This wine carries traditional Russian River flavors across the palate. Fresh plum, dark cherry and raspberries fill the palate while hints of vanilla bean, cedar, spice, shitake mushrooms and hints of smoke round out the rich dark fruit of this complex wine. The 2002 Russian River Pinot Noir should drink well over the next couple of years.
