The 2001 Roumiguiere Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc was produced from the Roumiguiere Family's Lake Ranch Vineyard. The wine was cold soaked and fermented dry in stainless steel tanks to preserve the crisp acids and fruit profile of the Sauvignon Blanc grape.
